Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Simple plug and play installation Package includes all required cables, a set of plastic trim removal tools, stereo removal keys for applicable models and a complementary AMI Adapter should it be required during installation. You will need basic tools to complete the installation. Don't feel like DIY? Contact us to be put in touch with one of our recommended installers located in Australia, USA and UK. Otherwise a local car audio shop or auto electrician will be able to fit this easily for you.

Shipping takes forever

My father bought this item for me for Christmas of 2023. He bought it in November, and we live in the US. It is now June and we still have not gotten the display. We have emailed multiple times, and they have not responded. Once we get the refund, we will probably go to bimmerplug or another website and buy it from there. Be warned.

E90 updated!

I installed carplay & android auto about week now works and looks great! Big improvement over stock idrive unit. No instructions came in box! Enough YouTube videos out there to help install.

Poor Delivery / Communication - Product Perfect

I ordered the product on 27th September using the standard 'Free Express Shipping' with estimated 3-5 days delivery. But my order didn't actually ship until October 9th and out for delivery on the 13th October.
Communication with and from Euro Style during the wait between ordering and dispatch was poor, I queried about my order numerous times and was given tracking information which told me no more information, rather just showing 'Order Placed', days later queried again and received an email stating that they would contact the Warehouse, this was October 2nd, and was assured updates to which I got none and then again queried and was told the Warehouse had recently had a 'long holiday', this was the 5th October, my order didn't ship until October 9th via DHL.

That poor experience shouldn't reflect poorly on the product. The Screen upgrade is well worth the money and breathes new life into a previously outdated CCC unit, giving CarPlay functionality is much welcomed. Only critique I can make is lack of any form of instructions in the box or online and would be totally reliant on customer service which given my previous experience was the last thing I wanted to do, consulting YouTube and a person with a similar unit provided good instructions.

Overall dissatsaifed from a Customer Service point but can't fault the product.

Purchased a replacement ccc head unit for my BMW E93, took quite a while to arrive due to supply issues. I had the usual thoughts, have I been Scammed but to my relief that was not the case, when I asked for a refund, they issued it immediately and also said they would contact me when the new stock arrived, which they did. Five stars is not enough, not quite a Ten but definitely a nine point five
